吉林省风电发展现状及展望

Current Situation and Prospects of Wind Power in Jilin Province

由于弃风率居高不下,风电无法达到发电最低保障收购年利用小时数,2016年和2017年吉林省均被国家能源局列为风电投资红色预警区域。电源结构不合理、电网调峰能力不足、用电需求增长缓慢是吉林省风电消纳受限的主要原因。本文在分析吉林省风电发展现状的基础上,展望未来的风电消纳形势,为风电的健康发展提供建议。

Because of the high rate of wind abandonment and the inability of wind power to meet the minimum annual utilization hours of power generation,Jilin Province was listed as the red early warning area of wind power investment by the National Energy Agency in 2016 and 2017.The unreasonable power supply structure,insufficient peak shaving capacity of power grid and slow growth of electricity demand are the main reasons for the limitation of wind power absorption in Jilin Province.Based on the analysis of the current situation of wind power development in Jilin Province,this paper looks forward to the future situation of wind power absorption,and provides suggestions for the healthy development of wind power.
