关于孔子学院奖学金获得者的调查研究——以米兰国立大学孔子学院为例

An investigation of the winners of the Confucius Institute Scholarship: A case study of the Confucius Institute at the University of Milan

近年来,随着孔子学院在全球的不断建立和发展,孔子学院奖学金项目在世界的声望也越来越高。通过对米兰国立大学孔子学院奖学金获得者进行调查,发现孔子学院奖学金项目面临着对外宣传不足,效率不高、资助力度不够,名额不足、实施效果影响不大,导向不明、管理较为封闭,资助渠道单一等方面的问题。为使孔子学院奖学金项目更好地促进汉语国际推广和中华文化传播事业,本文在对现实讨论的基础上,提出对策建议:加强项目宣传,优化传播策略,提高孔子学院奖学金知名度;利用当前形势与教育资源,鼓励高校接收更多孔子学院奖学金获得者;提高孔子学院奖学金额度,增加孔子学院奖学金获得者名额;推进孔子学院奖学金获得者跟踪管理,促进其项目水平的提升。

In recent years,with the continuous establishment and development of Confucius Institutes in the world,the Confucius Institute Scholarship has also become more prestigious.This paper makes an investigation on the winners of Confucius Institute Scholarship and finds the following problems:the publicity of the Confucius Institute Scholarship is inadequate;the winners are relatively few due to inadequate funds;the influence of the Confucius Institute Scholarship is limited;the management of the Confucius Institute Scholarship is relatively inefficient.In order to make the Confucius Institute Scholarship play a better role in promoting the international popularization of the Chinese language and Chinese culture,it is necessary to enhance the publicity of the Confucius Institute Scholarship,optimize the communication strategy,make full use of the available education resources,encourage more colleges to receive more winners of the Confucius Institute Scholarship,provide more funds for more Confucius Institute Scholarships,give an efficient follow-up management of the winners of the Confucius Institute Scholarship and make it a more efficient program.
