摘要
运用问卷调查法和访谈法,考察汉语国际教育硕士专业研究生海外顶岗实习现状和存在的问题,进而从国家汉办、培养学校、实习单位、实习者4个方面提出改进对策:汉办要注重任前均衡培养,健全归国就业保障制度;培养单位要重视课程设置针对性,提供实践锻炼机会,发挥监督指导作用;实习单位要提供统一岗前培训,严格执行奖惩制度,关注实习者心理健康;学生要提高专业素质,提升跨文化交际技能,提高心理素质,全面深刻反思。
Using questionnaires and interviews,this paper examines the current situation and existing problems of overseas internship for MTCSOL graduate students.Furthermore,the improvement measures are proposed in relation to Hanban,training schools,internship-related institutions and practitioners:Hanban should pay attention to balanced training before the appointment and improve the employment security after their returning to China;the training schools should pay attention to the target of the curriculums,provide practical training opportunities,and play a supervisory and guiding role;the internship-related institutions should provide a unified model of pre-job training,implement strictly the reward and punishment rules,and pay attention to the mental health of the practitioners;students themselves must improve their professional quality and cross-cultural communication skills,enhance their psychological quality,and reflect on themselves comprehensively and deeply.
