基于扎根理论的我国出版企业员工流动影响因素识别

摘要 出版业正经历着从内容结构、传播介质到技术手段、经营模式等各方面的深刻变革,出版业与其他行业不断融合,出版业的工作方式、盈利模式等都会发生变化,人才需求更加多元,人才培养模式也要与时俱进。在分析出版企业员工流动现状的基础上对流动影响因素进行深入研究。选择有代表性的出版企业员工进行深度访谈,用扎根理论方法对访谈资料进行编码分析,识别影响出版企业员工流动的关键因素,以期对健全服务管理机制、优化出版企业员工成长环境、提升组织对核心人才的凝聚力提出对策和建议。 The publishing industry is undergoing profound changes of the content structure,communication media,technical means,business model and other aspects.The continuous integration of the publishing industry and other industries will lead to changes in the working mode and profit model of the publishing industry.The demand for talents is more diversified,and the talent training mode should also keep pace with the times.Taking employee turnover in Chinese publishing enterprises as the research problem,this study carries out the interview and review of the present situation and characteristics of employee turnover before probing into its implications,causes and effects.The current study is insightful for the management perfection of service departments,the improvement of career environment of employees in the publishing industry,the strengthening of organizational attraction to key talents.
