基于益气养阴法理论探讨四神煎治疗类风湿关节炎研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目前类风湿关节炎发病率逐年升高,除关节肿痛、变形、屈伸不利、晨僵等症状外,中晚期可出现口眼干涩、自汗盗汗、形体消瘦等气阴两虚的症状,严重影响患者生活质量。经多年临床证实,益气养阴法治疗本病疗效确切,而四神煎是治疗本病的验方,可有效配合现代医学进行治疗,改善临床症状,降低疾病活动度。本法治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎已被列入《类风湿关节炎病证结合指南》内。目前本法仍缺少大样本的临床研究和进一步的机制探讨。本文将针对本法治疗类风湿关节炎中医古籍及现代文献进行整理、分析,为本病的进一步研究及遣方用药提供参考。 The incidence of rheumatoid arthritis is increasing year by year.In addition to joint swelling,pain,deformation,difficulty in flexion and extension,and morning stiffness,the symptoms of Qi and Yin deficiency,such as dry mouth and eyes,self-sweating and night sweating,and emaciation,can occur in the middle and late stages,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Years of clinical experience has confirmed that the method of tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin is effective in treating this disease,and Sishen Decoction is the prescription for this disease.It can be effectively combined with modern medicine for treatment,improving clinical symptoms and reducing disease activity.The treatment for rheumatoid arthritis of deficiency of both Qi and Yin by this method has been included in the Guidelines for the Combination of Diseases and Syndromes of Rheumatoid Arthritis.At present,this method still lacks large-sample clinical research and further mechanism exploration.This article will sort out and analyze the ancient books and modern literatures of rheumatoid arthritis treated by this method,so as to pave the way for further research and prescription medication of rheumatoid arthritis.
