高校招生、转专业与就业公平性探析

Discussion and Analysis of Fairness of Enrollment, Change of Majors and Employment in Colleges and Universities

人们关注高等教育公平性问题由来已久,但是,我国高等教育大众化时代的来临并未使得高等教育公平性问题发生根本性改变。本文从高等教育目的、高考入学人才选拔模式、高校转专业限制和大学生就业等方面对比分析中外高等教育的公平性问题,并提出改革我国高考入学选拔模式、转专业限制等促进高等教育公平性的举措。

There is widespread focus on the fairness issue of higher education for a long time.However,with the coming of the era of massification of higher education,the issue of fairness of higher education hasn't been changed essentially.In this regard,the article makes a comparative analysis of the fairness of higher education from the higher education purpose,the selection mode of college entrance examinations,the restriction of the change of majors and the employment of college students at home and abroad, and accordingly puts forwards the measures of reforming the selection mode of college entrance examinations and the restriction of the change of majors to improve the fairness of higher education in China.
