同侪辅导在大学生安全教育体系中的应用研究

Research on Application of Peer Coaching in College Students'Safety Education System

本文首先分析当前大学生安全教育体系的现状和特征,从而找出该体系中的薄弱环节;再通过研究同侪辅导的工作方法,制订切实可行的工作方案,并应用到日常的大学生安全教育中,研究结果表明:用同侪辅导的优势弥补安全教育中的一些薄弱环节,能使大学生安全教育体系更系统、更普及、更有成效。

This paper first analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the current safety education system for college students,so as to find out the loopholes in this system.Then by studying the working method of peer coaching,it formulates feasible work plans,and applies them to the daily safety education of college students.The research results show that the use of peer coaching to make up for some loopholes in safety education can make the college students'safety education system more systematic,popular and effective.
