从后殖民主义视角下看汤亭亭的《女勇士》

On The Woman Warrior by Maxine Hong Kingston from the Perspective of Post-Colonialism

本文尝试采用非一般的分析手法,对《女勇士》这部作品进行文本层次分析的前提下,借助后殖民主义的视角来寻求另外一种解释,实现对美籍华裔女性作家在作品创作过程中所采用的描述手法和真实效果,揭示女性对于人身财产自由的渴望和大胆追求,从而实现了心灵的超越,打破了思想的枷锁。再者,本文借助《女勇士》来深化中西方文化差异过程中的交融发展,为实现世界文化的繁荣与发展寻求路径。

This paper attempts to analyze The Women Warrior through a non-general method.On the premise of textual analysis,it seeks to make a new explanation from the perspective of post-colonialism and reflects the descriptive techniques and real effect that the author,who is a Chinese American woman writer,has used or wants to achieve in the process of writing. It reveals women's strong desire of pursuing personal and property freedom,achieving the transcendence of the mind and getting rid of the invisible mental shackles.Furthermore,through the analysis on The Women Warrior,this paper can strengthen the integration between Chinese and Western culture in spite of their differences,and explores a path to achieve prosperity and development of world culture.
