上海市奉贤区60～69岁居民健康素养分析

Analysis on Health Literacy of 60-69 Years Old Residents in Fengxian District, Shanghai

目的了解老年人的健康素养水平,为提高老年人健康素养水平及完善老年人健康管理模式提供依据。方法收集2018年上海市奉贤区60~69岁老年人健康素养监测调查资料,分析总体健康素养、三个方面和六类健康问题的素养具备率。用SPSS19.0软件进行卡方检验,健康素养影响因素采用logistic回归模型分析。结果共收集到60~69岁年龄组问卷746份。总体健康素养具备率为18.90%,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,患慢性病情况是60~69岁老年人群健康素养的重要影响因素,未患慢性病是患慢性病健康素养具备率的2.398倍。结论奉贤区60~69岁人群的总健康素养具备率较低,尤其是患慢性病组群,在3个方面及6个问题的素养水平上均低于未患慢性病群组。相关部门应将老年人,特别是老年慢性病人纳入重点干预人群,均衡卫生资源配置。

Objective To understand the health literacy level of the elderly, and to provide basis for improving the health literacy level of the elderly and improving the health management model of the elderly. Methods Health literacy monitoring survey data of 60-69 years old in Fengxian District of Shanghai in 2018 were collected. The overall health literacy, three aspects and six types of health problems were analyzed. Chi square test was conducted with SPSS 19.0 software, and the influencing factors of health literacy were analyzed by logistic regression model. Results A total of 746 questionnaires were collected from the 60-69 age group. The overall health literacy level was 18.90%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that chronic disease was an important influencing factor of health literacy in the 60-69 age group, and the health literacy level of residents without chronic disease was 2.398 times higher than those with chronic disease. Conclusion The overall health literacy rate of people aged 60-69 in Fengxian District is low, especially in the group whit chronic diseases in three aspects and six questions. In the future, relevant departments should include the elderly, especially the elderly chronic patients into the key intervention group to balance the allocation of health resources.
