社区健康教育对居家康复期乳腺癌患者认知和行为的影响

Effect of Community Health Education on Cognition and Behavior of Breast Cancer Patients in Home Rehabilitation Period

目的探讨社区健康教育对居家康复期乳腺癌患者的生活方式和对健康知识关注度的影响。方法通过对廊下镇52例行乳房切除术的乳腺癌患者进行干预前后的调查问卷。结果干预后,乳腺癌患者的乳腺癌相关知识知晓率从干预前的41.24%上升到78.64%。结论在社区开展健康教育能够提高乳腺癌患者居家康复期的健康认知和行为改变,提高其健康知识知晓率,最终促进患者身心健康,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of community health education on the lifestyle and health knowledge of breast cancer patients at home rehabilitation stage. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 52 breast cancer patients who underwent mastectomy. Results After intervention, the awareness rate of breast cancer related knowledge in breast cancer patients increased from 41.24% to 78.64%. Conclusion Health education in the community can improve the health cognition and behavior changes of breast cancer patients during their home rehabilitation period and improve the awareness of health knowledge, to promote physical and mental health of patients and improve the quality of life.
