通过设立门诊“健康角”、开展“健康学校”健教活动、提供门诊健康咨询等方法,对患者本人、家属及社区居民进行健康教育,从而促进医患和谐,提高了患者满意率。

Health education for patients themselves, their families and community residents was carried out by setting up outpatient health corner, carrying out health education activities in “health schools” and providing outpatient health counseling. Thus, it can promote the harmony between doctors and patients and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
