The Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit Based on the Characteristics of Higher Vocational Students of the New Generation

培育高职学生工匠精神是当前我国社会促进就业创业、推进经济转型升级的需要,是高职教育人才培养工作的重要内容。通过分析新一代高职学生基本特点及工匠精神的内涵,找出二者之间的不适应性,进而探寻基于新一代高职学生特点的工匠精神培育路径,以更好地满足社会发展对技术技能型人才职业素养的需求。

Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational students is the needs of promoting employment and entrepreneurship, and improving economic transformation and upgrading in our society. It is also an important part of talents training work in higher vocational education. By analyzing the basic characteristics of higher vocational students of the new generation and the connotation of craftsman spirit, the paper finds out the inadaptability between them, and then explores the path of cultivating craftsman spirit based on the characteristics of higher vocational students of the new generation, so as to better meet the needs of social development for the professional quality of technical and skilled talents.
