在海洋经济背景下,高职院校要做好海洋经济高技能人才培养的布局和规划,积极推进海洋经济产业示范性实训基地的建设,创新高职院校服务模式,深入推进海洋经济高职人才培养改革与创新。高职院校应当配合辽宁省开发海洋的战略,设置符合海洋经济发展的专业结构,培养海洋经济发展需要的技术人才。加强涉海类专业结构建设,也是涉海高职院校自身发展的需要。

Under the background of marine economy, higher vocational colleges should do a good job in the layout and plan of training high-skilled personnel of marine economy, actively promote the construction of demonstration training base for marine economic industry, innovate the service mode of higher vocational colleges, and deeply promote the reform and innovation of talents training of marine economy in higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges should cooperate with the marine development strategy of Liaoning Province, establish a specialty structure suitable for the development of marine economy, and cultivate the technical talents needed for the development of marine economy. Strengthening the construction of marine specialty structure is also necessary for the development of marine higher vocational colleges.
