专业化视角下高职辅导员考评体系研究

Research on the Evaluation System of Higher Vocational Counselors from the Perspective of Specialization

科学有效的辅导员考评体系有助于推进辅导员职业化、专业化发展进程,有助于提升高校思想政治教育的成效,提升大学生的综合素质。在客观分析高职辅导员考评体系现状的基础上,提出从辅导员职业能力、服务对象、专业发展、专家督导4个维度构建考评体系架构,为辅导员考评体系研究提供参考。

Scientific and effective counselor evaluation system is helpful to promote the professionalization and professional development process of counselors, to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to improve the comprehensive quality of college students. On the basis of objective analysis of the present situation of the evaluation system of higher vocational counselors, this paper puts forward the structure of evaluation system from four dimensions of counselors' professional ability, service object,professional development and expert supervision, which provides reference for the research of counselors' evaluation system.
