我国计算机技术发展迅速,传统的静态、手工式办公模式已经不再适合现今高效、快速、动态的流行趋势。从计算机应用的重要性出发,在分析企业员工培训现状的基础上结合企业的实际情况,建立企业员工计算机培训方案,制订科学合理的培训计划,确定培训内容,构建科学有效地培训评估体系,切实提升员工的计算机应用能力,使计算机培训成为企业和员工双赢的选择。

The development of computer technology in China is rapid, and the traditional static and manual office mode is no longer suitable for today's efficient, fast and dynamic popular trend. Starting from the importance of computer application, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of enterprise employees training and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper establishes a computer training program for enterprise employees, formulates a scientific and reasonable training plan, determines the training content, constructs a scientific and effective training evaluation system to effectively improve the employee's computer application ability and to make computer training a win-win choice for both enterprises and employees.
