A Brief Account of Overseas Russians in Harbin

俄侨是哈尔滨城市发展进程中最重要的历史现象之一。近年来,国内外学者非常关注哈尔滨俄侨的研究。从中俄两国青年历史学者的视角对俄侨做出不同价值的判断,利用圣彼得堡市俄国国家历史档案馆的馆藏档案和黑龙江省省档案馆的相关资料,探讨俄侨在哈尔滨经历的重大历史事件,评析描述了俄侨给哈尔滨城市发展留下历史印记。

Overseas Russians can be regarded one of the most important historical phenomena in the development of Harbin.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad are very concerned about the study of Harbin Russians.This paper makes different judgments of values of Russians from the perspective of young Chinese and Russian historians,explores the great history of Russians in Harbin by taking advantage of the relevant materials from both Russian National Historical Archives of St.Petersburg and Heilongjiang Provincial Archives,and describes the historical mark left by the overseas Russians on the development of Harbin.
