A New Probe into Constructing Legal Cultural Connotation of Overseas Chinese in Russia

随着我国经济的发展,一带一路建设的不断推动,华侨的数量也越来越多,俄罗斯华侨在当地的比例逐年上升,随之而来的法治文化也面临的新的问题和挑战。各国法律的不同,在加上华侨自身的特殊性,这让法治文化研究变得越来越紧迫和重要,旅俄华侨应根据自身文化传统融入驻在国法治文化中去,从市民社会进入国家治理结构中。

With the development of China’s economy,the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has been continuously promoted,which leads to the increase number of overseas Chinese.The proportion of overseas Chinese in Russia has increased year by year,which brings new problems and challenges for legal culture.The differences in national laws,together with the particularity of overseas Chinese,make the study of legal culture more and more urgent and important.Overseas Chinese in Russia should integrate themselves into the construction of legal culture in the country of residence according to its own cultural traditions,and enterinto the state governance structure from the civil society.
