On the Legal Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省是个多民族的边疆省份,具有大量珍贵的非物质文化遗产资源,体现了该省的历史文化软实力。但随着全球化经济的不断发展,非物质文化遗产资源受到强大的冲击,加强我省非物质文化遗产的法律保护工作已迫在眉睫。黑龙江省非物质文化遗产法律保护应在法律框架内建立保护体系,以期保障该省的非遗资源能够得到切实保护并世代传承下去。

Heilongjiang Province is a multi-ethnic frontier province with a large number of precious intangible cultural heritage resources,reflecting the historical and cultural soft power of our province.However,with the continuous development of the global economy,the intangible cultural heritage resources have been strongly impacted,which makes it urgent to strengthen the legal protection of the intangible cultural heritage of our province.The legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in Heilongjiang Province should establish a protection system within the legal framework with a view to ensuring that intangible resources of our province can be effectively protected and passed down from generation to generation.
