摘要
依据中国本科医学教育标准及本科专业类教学质量国家标准,结合地方高校医学教育实际,坚持“以学生为中心”的人才培养理念,着力构建地方高校“三维立体式”临床医学人才培养模式。“三维立体式”,即第一课堂知识维,通过课堂讲授侧重知识积累;第二课堂能力维,通过PBL自主学习侧重能力培养;第三课堂素质维,通过人文教育侧重素质提高。知识要宽度,能力要深度,素质要高度。构建基于“知识+能力+素质”立体结构的临床医学人才培养模式,培养医学生自主学习能力。
According to the Chinese undergraduate medical education standards and the national standards for undergraduate professional teaching quality,and in line with the actual situation of medical education in local universities,we strive to build a“three-dimensional”model for training clinical medical talents in local colleges by adhering to the“student-centered”talent training concept.The“three-dimensional”model refers to the following things:the first dimension involves classroom knowledge,focusing on knowledge accumulation through classroom teaching;the second dimension relates to classroom ability,focusing on ability training through PBL self-learning;the third dimension refers to classroom quality,focusing on quality improvement through humanities education.The model requires clinical medical talents’wide knowledge,deep ability and high quality.The construction of the three-dimensional talent training model based on the“knowledge+ability+quality”is sure to cultivate medical students’independent learning ability.
