法学专业“浸入式”实践教学体系研究

On the “Immersion” Practice Teaching System in the Law Specialty

“浸入式”实践教学通过校内观摩、校外观摩、校内模拟与校外实习四个环节依次开展,并在“全方位”“浸入式”训练机制、高校—实务部门双赢协作关系、多途径案件来源及多元化考评机制等措施的保障下,将学生逐步全面推入真实法律环境中,培养、提高其法律实践能力,为法学专业实践教学改革提供了有益的尝试。

“Immersion”practice teaching can be carried out in turn regarding on-campus observation,out-campus observation,on-campus simulation and out-campus practice.The following safeguards can gradually push the students into the real legal environment,cultivate and improve their ability of legal practice,such as the“all-round”and“immersion”training mechanism,the win-win cooperation relations between the college and practical departments,the multi-channel source of the case,and diversified evaluation mechanism,etc.All these measures can provide a beneficial attempt for the practice teaching reform of the law specialty.
