增强型体外反搏对心绞痛患者血压的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨增强型体外反搏(EECP)对心绞痛患者血压的影响。方法采集分析2016年1月至2018年1月在我院接受标准EECP治疗的连续100例患者的临床资料及血压、心率测量资料,通过配对t检验比较EECP治疗前、治疗3天、治疗7天以及治疗后之间血压、心率变化的差异。结果治疗3天较治疗前SBP平均下降(9.6±18.2)mmHg(P<0.01),DBP平均下降(4.9±11.1)mmHg(P<0.01),治疗7天组与全疗程组比较,DBP下降(3.1±6.0)mmHg(P<0.01),心率下降(1.3±3.9)mmHg(P<0.05);患者EECP治疗前与治疗后相比,SBP下降(13.0±20.2)mmHg(P<0.01),DBP下降(7.0±10.6)mmHg(P<0.01),心率变化差异无统计学意义。结论 EECP治疗能够降低心绞痛患者SBP和DBP,尤其EECP治疗初期明显降低SBP和DBP。
