“一带一路”高校智库:发展策略研究

Think Tanks on the Belt and Road Initiative in Chinese Colleges and Universities: Studies on Development Strategies

[目的/意义]"一带一路"倡议自2013年提出以来,相关研究也随之逐步发展,国家与各类社会团体对于政策咨询的需求加大,不少高校积极响应国家的大战略,成立了许多以"一带一路"倡议相关问题为主要研究方向的智库。[方法 /过程]本文以这些"一带一路"高校智库作为研究对象,运用文献研究、调查、统计和归纳的方法,对"一带一路"高校智库建设中出现的问题进行分析。[结果 /结论 ]从智库的定位、人员和机构配置,以及研究领域和考核机制3个方面探索"一带一路"高校智库如何结合自身优势服务国家与社会的需要,并对其未来的发展方向提出对策和建议。

[Purpose/significance] The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) has been proposed since 2013. It has generated greater demand for consulting service and application of academic researches due to its complexity.Many colleges and universities have established think tanks with BRI-related issues as the main research direction, actively supporting the Chinese government’s actions.[Method/process] This paper focuses on the emerging think tanks on the BRI in the Chinese colleges and universities by using literature research, investigation, statistics and induction methods to analyze and investigate the problems facing these think tanks.[Result/conclusion] Aiming at combing their own advantages to serve the needs of the state and society, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for these think tanks on the orientation in higher education system, on institutional and personnel configuration, and on research areas and evaluation mechanisms.
