摘要 随着各类智能技术的发展,信息服务的快速推进,万物互联已从概念走向现实,物联网正步入快速发展期。物联网业务的多样性,对网络的精细化运营提出了更高的要求。从运营商需求角度出发,介绍了基于能力开放的物联网参数协商方案。基于参数协商能力开放接口,物联网多种终端可根据自身业务特性灵活自主调配相关网络参数,从而实现网络参数的精细化调控,为终端节能省电、物联网络能力开放及通信网络精细化运营提供可行性方案。 With the development of various intelligent technologies and the rapid advancement of information services,the interconnection of all things has moved from concept to reality,and the IoT is entering a rapid development period. The diversity of IoT service has higher requirements for the network flexibility. From the perspective of operators,it introduces the parameter negotiation scheme of IoT on capacity exposure. Based on the open interface of parameter negotiation capability,various IoT terminals can flexibly and independently allocate relevant network parameters according to their own business characteristics, which can realize the fine regulation of network parameters,and provide feasible solution for terminal energy saving,IoT capability exposure and fine operation of communication network.
