过氧化氢酶单核苷酸多态性与氟斑牙相关性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨过氧化氢酶(CAT)单核苷酸多态性与氟斑牙是否存在关联。方法在贵州省氟病区收集氟斑牙患者195例,通过问卷调查收集研究对象的一般情况、饮食以及氟中毒相关信息,采用TaqMan方法分析CAT rs769217和rs2300182两个位点的单核苷酸多态性。结果单因素及多因素分析均未发现CAT rs769217及rs2300182位点不同遗传模式与氟斑牙有关;但发现在钙摄入较多时(≥482 mg/d),rs769217位点AT+TT基因携带者相对于AA基因型携带者氟斑牙明显降低,而钙摄入较少时(<482 mg/d)该保护作用消失。交互作用分析发现,rs769217位点基因多态性与膳食钙摄入水平存在交互作用( P<0.05)。结论CAT rs2300182位点的单核苷酸多态性与氟斑牙风险之间无明显关联,CAT rs769217位点的单核苷酸多态性与氟斑牙风险降低有关,但这取决于钙的摄入量。 Objective To evaluate the association of catalase (CAT) single nucleotide polymorphism with the dental fluorosis.Methods195 patients and control subjects were recruited from Zhijin County, Guizhou province with endemic coal-burning fluorosis.Information of participants was collected by questionnaire and genotype of CAT rs769217 and rs2300182 was detected by TaqMan method.ResultsAlthough the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that genetic model of rs769217 and rs2300182 were not associated with dental fluorosis, Stratified and interaction analyses showed that the risk of dental fluorosis for the AT+TT genotypes combined versus the AA genotype was evidently decreased in individuals with higher calcium intake (≥482 mg/d),but not in individuals with low calcium intake (<482 mg/d).There were an interactions between rs769217 polymorphism and the dietary intake of calcium related to dental fluorosis( P<0.05).ConclusionThe CAT rs769217 polymorphism may be associated with a decreased risk of dental fluorosis in coal-burning fluorosis area of Guizhou, dependent on dietary calcium intake.But there is not an association between CAT rs2300182 polymorphism and dental fluorosis.
