摘要
对第三方仓储、配送、安装一体化家居建材物流园,运用系统布置设计SLP进行规划设计。首先通过对各区域的物流关系进行定性定量分析,确定了各区域相互关系。结合地块形状,形成了三种规划布局方案。最后通过综合评价法进行打分,综合考虑地块利用率、物流搬运路线是否简捷、建筑物走向及环境匹配性、园区内外交通顺畅性等因素综合分析,选出最佳方案,确定园区最终布局,为其它家居建材物流园的规划布局提供理论参考及借鉴。
For a third-party logistics park of household building materials which integrated warehousing, distribution and installation,the SLP method is used for planning and design. Firstly, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the logistics relationship of each region, the interrelationship of each region is determined. Then, considering the shape of the plot, three planning and layout schemes are formed. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation method is used to score each scheme, and the factors such as land use efficiency, simplicity of logistics transportation routes, building orientation and environment matching, and internal and external traffic smoothness are comprehensively considered. The best scheme is selected to determine the final layout of the park, which provides reference for the layout of other home building materials logistics parks.
