精准扶贫问题是我国当前亟待解决的重大现实问题。我国学术界对精准扶贫问题已有较多研究,但缺少伦理反思的问题比较突出。精准扶贫的伦理维度涉及伦理技术手段的选择、伦理价值目标的设立等问题,与人的道德权利密切相关,是党和国家尊重和保障贫困人口道德权利的重要举措,其要旨是尊重和保障人的生存权、发展权和尊严权。同时,它体现了社会主义制度的道德合理性和优越性。精准扶贫不仅应该侧重于实现其应有的伦理价值目标,而且应该体现道德文化精神扶贫的价值。美好生活是精准扶贫的伦理价值目标的现实化。

The issue of targeted poverty alleviation is a major practical problem needing to be solved urgently in China.China's academic circles have done much research on the issue of targeted poverty alleviation,but the lack of ethical reflection is quite prominent.The ethical dimension of targeted poverty alleviation involves the choice of ethical technical means and the establishment of ethical value goals,which is closely related to the moral rights of people,and is an important measure taken by the party and the country to respect and guarantee the moral rights of the poor population.Its essence is to respect and guarantee the right to life,development and dignity of people.At the same time,it embodies the moral rationality and superiority of the socialist system.Targeted poverty alleviation should not only focus on the realization of its due ethical values,but also reflect the value of moral,cultural and spiritual poverty alleviation.The good life is the realistic goal of the ethical value of targeted poverty alleviation.
