精准扶贫的典型模式与实践探索——基于湖南省平江县的实地调研

Typical Mode and Practice Exploration of Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Based on-the-Spot Investigations in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是到2020年全面建成小康社会、实现两个一百年奋斗目标的重要保障。乡村要振兴,关键是要打赢脱贫攻坚战。目前我国精准扶贫工作取得了决定性进展,但脱贫攻坚任务仍然严峻。因此,如何从乡村振兴战略的高度科学谋划精准扶贫工作,以促进乡村振兴战略的实施,是一个值得深思的问题。在精准扶贫助力乡村振兴战略方面,湖南省平江县总结出了一些主要的扶贫模式,对于乡村振兴战略的实施有一定的借鉴意义。

The implementation of rural area revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the communist party of China,which is an important guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society and realizing the two centenary goals by 2020.The key of rural area revitalization is to win the battle against poverty.At present,Targeted poverty alleviation work has made a decisive progress in China,but the task of poverty alleviation is still severe.Therefore,it is worth pondering that how to plan scientifically the work of targeted poverty alleviation so as to promote the implementation of rural area revitalization strategy based on the height of the rural area revitalization strategy.Pingjiang has explored some major poverty alleviation models on the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation to the rural area revitalization,which has a certain reference significance.
