摘要
目的探讨肌钙蛋白T(troponin T,cTnT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)检测在急性心肌梗死患者诊断与风险评估中的价值。方法选取93例急性心肌梗死患者为观察组,80例健康体检者为对照组。采用罗氏cobas E601全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪、比浊法分别检测所有受试者血清cTnT、hs-CRP水平,比较2组血清cTnT、hs-CRP水平。按血清cTnT、hs-CRP值将观察组患者分为hs-CRP高值组与低值组、cTnT高值组与低值组,比较各组主要不良心脏事件(major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)发生率。结果观察组血清cTnT、hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中hs-CRP高值组、cTnT高值组MACE发生率均明显高于hs-CRP低值组和cTnT低值组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、cTnT水平与急性心肌梗死预后密切相关,二者联合检测对急性心肌梗死具有一定的预测价值。
Objective To investigate the values of troponin T (cTnT) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the diagnosis and risk assessment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Serum levels of cTnT and hs-CRP were measured by turbidimetry using Roche cobas E601 automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in 93 patients with acute myocardial infarction (observation group) and 80 healthy subjects (control group).Furthermore,patients were divided into high cTnT group,low cTnT group,high hs-CRP group and low hs-CRP group.The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) were compared among these groups. Results Serum cTnT and hs-CRP levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05).In addition,the incidence of MACE in high hs-CRP group or high cTnT group was obviously higher than that in low hs-CRP group or low cTnT group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of hsCRP and cTnT are closely related to the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.Therefore,the combined detection of hs-CRP and cTnT has certain predictive value for acute myocardial infarction.
