摘要
两岸高校合作办学在服务大局、提升办学质量、增强教育成效和可持续发展等方面面临诸多困境,通过对两岸高校合作办学的代表性项目"闽台合作班"的研究,进行两岸合作办学的困境挖掘和项目提质增效的初探。首先,选定研究对象做深度访谈后将访谈内容整理成经验数据,其次,借鉴扎根理论的研究过程将经验数据进行编码和微分析处理,最后,基于微分析结果以行动研究法的反思对两岸高校合作办学提出研究建议,试图为两岸高校合作办学项目的提质增效和可持续发展做出贡献。
There are some quandaries on Cross-Straits Cooperation in running schools, including educational quality, sustainable development, etc. For this reason the essay tries to discuss them deeply through the interviews of college students getting Fujian-Taiwan cooperative education. Applying in-deep interviews, action research, and constructing grounded theory, the essay summarizes these quandaries and proposes some practical strategies in order to improving educational efficiency of Cross-Straits Cooperation in running schools.
