辣椒新品种博辣酱椒1号的选育

Breeding of a New Hot Pepper Variety Bolajiangjiao 1

博辣酱椒1号原名极品泡椒,由湖南省蔬菜研究所和湖南兴蔬种业有限公司以J04-48-1A为母本,SJ09-72-1为父本配制的一代单生朝天椒杂交品种。该品种晚熟,果纵径7.0 cm左右,果横径1.1 cm左右,单果质量4.1 g左右,青果绿色,生物学成熟果淡红色。一般每667 m2鲜红椒产量1 000 kg左右。适宜重庆地区作泡椒加工及南方地区作干椒。

Bolajiangjiao 1 was called as Jipinpaojiao originally, which was bred by Hunan vegetable research institute and Hunan Xingshu seed industry Co., Ltd. It was a F1 hybrid pod pepper crossed by the female parent of J04-48-1A and male parent of SJ09-72-1. The variety is late-maturing, with a fruit diameter of about 7.0 cm, and fruit diameter of about 1.1 cm,single fruit weighs about 4.1 g. The young fruit is green in color and changed into light red at maturation. On average, the yield of fresh red pepper is about 1 000 kg per 667 m2. It is suitable for pickled pepper processing in Chongqing and dry pepper processing in the areas of southern China.
