我国学校海洋权益教育的困境和出路

The Dilemma and Countermeasure of the Education of Marine Rights and Interests in Chinese Schools

我国海洋建设到了新程度、新阶段,需要加快革新研究方向和教育方式以适应。笔者认为教育是权益实现的方式之一,无论是科学的教育对公民正确认识海洋的积极导向,或是教育为发展海洋权益培养人才都意义非凡。本文从学校海洋权益教育的范畴出发,结合教育现状,分析教学内容,探索改革方向。

China's ocean construction has reached a new level and a new stage, and it is necessary to accelerate the research direction and education methods to adapt to it. The writer believes that education is one of the ways to realize the rights and interests. Education is of great significance not only for citizen's correct understanding of the ocean, but also for the cultivation of talents for the development of marine rights and interests. Starting from the scope of school education of maritime rights and interests, and combining the current situation of education, this paper analyzes the teaching content and explores the direction of reform.
