实心球教学中的抛物线研究

Research on Parabolas in Solid Ball Teaching

体育教改工作使得实心球投掷成为中考体育考试最重要的一个项目,其在我国体育教育中的地位非常突出。为了确保学生能够获得更好的前掷实心球成绩,就必须做好实心球投掷原理方面的研究工作。本文将根据当前国内初中体育教育实心球教育的情况,利用教学案例分析的方式解读实心球有效锻炼方式,借助对实心球抛物线的研究,帮助学生消化与理解实心球成绩的取得途径。并在最后提出训练建议,希望可以改善初中生训练状态、训练情况。

The teaching reform of physical education has made solid ball throwing the most important item in the physical examination of the senior high school entrance examination, and its position in sports education in China is very prominent. In order to ensure that students can get better results in solid ball throwing, we must do the research work on the principle of solid ball throwing. Based on the current situation of physical education in junior high school physical education in China, this paper uses the method of teaching case analysis to interpret the effective exercise method of solid ball. With the study of solid ball parabolas, it helps students to digest and understand the way to achieve solid ball performance. At the end, training recommendations are proposed, hoping to improve the training status of junior high school students.
