摘要
介绍了铜离子改性聚丙烯腈纤维的制备原理和生产方法。通过对铜离子改性聚丙烯腈纤维的基本物理性能和抗菌性能进行测试分析,结果表明:生产制备的铜离子改性聚丙烯纤维不仅具有较高的铜离子含量和回潮率,而且具有优异的抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄糖球菌的抗菌率均在95%以上。
The preparing principle and production method of cupric ion modified polyacrylonitrile fibers were introduced.The basic physical properties and anti-microbial performances of the cupric ion modified polyacrylonitrile fibers were tested and analyzed.The result indicated that the preparing cupric ion modified polyacrylonitrile fibers not only had high cupric ion content and the moisture regain,but also had excellent anti-microbial performance.Its antimicrobial rates were all above 95% against the Escherichia Coli,Candida Albicans and Staphylococcus Aureus.
