摘要
研究分析了人工智能技术对职业种类、就业规模和劳动者收入的影响,认为在短期,"机器换人"岗位集中在低端服务业、制造业和金融等行业,而未来则会渗透到医疗、教育、养老等行业,因而失业和再就业以及收入差距扩大是政府应关注的问题。在此基础上,提出了政府应加强宏观调控、合理进行二次收入分配以及深入开展教育和未来培训的建议。
This study focuses on analyzing the impacts of artificial intelligence(AI)technology on laborers'occupational types,employment scale and their income,and proposes that workers of low-end services,manufacturing and finance industries may suffer job losses in the short term.This trend will spread into other industries,such as medical profession,as well as education and pension industries in the long run.Thus,attention should be paid to issues of workers'short-term unemployment,their re-employment and continual widening income gap.In addition,suggestions have also been made that the government should strengthen macro-control to rationalize secondary income distribution and to further carry out education and training.
