推拉理论视阈下来华留学生毕业回国的影响因素研究——基于“一带一路”沿线国家的实证

A Study on the Influence Factors of the Returning International Students in China from the Perspective of Push-pull Theory——An Empirical Research Based on the "Belt and Road" Countries

来华留学生是"一带一路"倡议得以向前推进的重要人才和智力资源,留学生毕业回国后能在推动中国企业人才队伍国际化建设、促进国家间友好往来方面发挥不可替代的促进作用。研究以推拉理论为依据,在上海市部分留学生集中的高校进行了问卷调查,采用因子分析的方法对影响来华留学生回国就业的因素进行实证分析。结果显示,在影响来华留学生回国因素中,留学生来源国方面的拉力作用大于中国方面的推力,不同区域、不同学历的来华留学生回国的推拉力因素具有显著差异,对汉语和中国文化的掌握程度的提高会减弱留学生回国拉力的作用程度。

As potential talents and intellectual resources,international students in China boost the development of the"Belt and Road"initiative.After their return to their home countries,they play an irreplaceable role in building the international talents team of Chinese enterprises abroad and promoting friendly exchanges between China and their home countries.Based on the push-pull theory and a questionnaire survey of a few universities in Shanghai for exploratory factor analysis(EFA),this study intends to find key factors affecting the return of overseas students in China.The results of the study show that the influence factors from their home countries play a greater role in boosting international students'going back homes,whereas the push-pull factors differ significantly in aspects of the regions coming from and their academic degrees.Hence,their proficiency in Chinese and Chinese culture reduces the impact of pull forces of international students'going back home.
