Influencing Factors and Improving Solutions of Patients’ Self-management

通过文献评阅,发现患者自主管理主要受患者自身因素、家庭因素、社区卫生服务、医师、第三方医疗机构评价体系的影响,为此针对性地提出改善对策,旨在为推动患者自主管理水平提供理论参考,并指出应与时俱进,充分发挥以移动医疗为代表的新技术、新手段对患者自主管理的推动与促进作用。

Through literature review,this article shows that patients’self-management is mainly affected by the patients’internal factors,family factors,community health services,doctors and assessment system of the third-party medical institutions.Improving solutions should be put forward accordingly,to offer the theoretical reference for elevating the level of patients’self-management.It is also necessary to keep pace with the times,and the critical role of new technologies and new means represented by mobile healthcare should be fully played in promoting patients’self-management.
