US tactical combat casualty care,combined medical measures with combat tactics,had successfully improved emergent combat casualty care.This paper introduced the methods,procedures and characteristics of US tactical combat casualty care.Based on the US successful experiences,we should conduct related research and training to improve our combat casualty care capacity and efficiency.
