摘要
通过对美、俄、德军医疗保障制度建设进展的回顾,归纳出外军医疗保障制度对当前我军深化编制体制改革阶段的启示,针对性地提出我军医疗保障制度改革的新举措。
By reviewing the development of medical service system construction in the United States,Russia and Germany,this article summarized some enlightenments of foreign armies’medical service system upon the further organization and system reform of PLA,so as to accordingly put forward new measures for medical service system reform of PLA.
