摘要
近年来,伴随城市化、工业化建设进程的不断加快,企业数量不断增多,市场规模逐渐扩大,为从根本上提高企业的竞争优势,加强对企业人力资源管理的重视成为现阶段企业发展的重要基础和根本前提,而作为人力资源管理的重要制度组成之一,激励机制的健全完善与否在一定程度上对企业的发展有着重要影响。鉴于此,论文主要阐述了激励机制的作用以方式,并对其运用进行了全面概述。
In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,the number of enterprises has increased and the market scale has been expanded.In order to fundamentally improve the competitive advantage of enterprises,strengthening the importance of human resource management has become an important foundation and fundamental premise for the development of enterprises at this stage.And as an important part of human resource management system,the perfection of incentive mechanism has an important impact on the development of enterprises to a certain extent.In view of this,the paper mainly elaborates the function and mode of incentive mechanism,and makes a comprehensive overview of its application.
