摘要
项目计划与控制内核就是对预期目标进行统筹与安排,通过采用动态的、可分解的计划协调控制项目,保证项目在合理的工期内运用最低的造价高质量地完成预期目标。燃气工程项目计划和管理的关键在于比较实际项目和项目计划的偏差,分析实际项目与项目计划产生偏差的原因并分析偏差对项目的影响,采取措施调整项目计划。
The core of project planning and control is to plan and arrange the expected goals.Through adopting dynamic and decomposable plans to coordinate and control projects,the project can be guaranteed to achieve the expected goals with the lowest cost and high quality within a reasonable construction period.The key of gas engineering project planning and management is to compare the deviation between the actual project and the project plan,analyze the causes of the deviation between the actual project and the project plan,and analyze the impact of the deviation on the project,and take measures to adjust the project plan.
