摘要
绩效体系的发展是公司创新改革的必经过程,提升了员工的岗位适应性以及公司的管理水平,增强了公司在市场上的竞争力。绩效管理工具有多种,常用的有KPI和OKR绩效指标体系两种。论文概述了KPI与OKR两种绩效指标体系存在的不同,并对OKR绩效指标体系的发展着重进行了探讨。
The development of performance system is the necessary process of the innovation reform of the company,which improves the post adaptability of employees and the management level of the company,and enhances the competitiveness of the company in the market.There are a variety of performance management tools,the commonly used performance indicator systems are KPI and OKR.The paper summarizes the differences between KPI and OKR performance index system,and mainly discusses the development of OKR performance index system.
