Most countries in the world explicitly adopt the construction project bidding and tendering system in the reform of the construction industry and fixed asset management system,which indicates that the construction market is becoming standardized and market-oriented.Combined with many years of working experience,this paper analyzes how to prepare the bidding cost scientifically and reasonably and determine the bidding price overseas.
