基于校企合作的装配式建筑专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talents Training Mode of Prefabricated Construction Specialty Based on the School-Enterprise Cooperation

随着建筑行业的发展,在建筑过程中采用的建筑模式也已发生了转变,近年来,在建筑行业中装配式建筑的推广力度越来越大。但对于装配式建筑模式来讲,与其匹配的专业技术人才却非常缺少,因此对于装配式建筑人才队伍的培养,在我国现如今职业院校发展过程中越来越受到重视。论文将基于校企合作模式,对装配式建筑专业人才的培养工作进行研究。

With the development of the construction industry,the construction mode adopted in the construction process has also changed,and in recent years,the promotion of prefabricated architecture in the construction industry has also become more and more powerful.However,for the prefabricated building mode,there is a lack of professional and technical personnel to match it.Therefore,in view of the talents training for the prefabricated building,more and more attention has been paid to the development of vocational colleges in China nowadays.Therefore,in this paper,based on the school-enterprise cooperation mode,the training of professional talents for the prefabricated building will be studied.
