以“互联网+政务”助推地方服务型政府建设的路径探索

Exploration on the Path of Promoting the Construction of Local Service-Oriented Government with "Internet + Government Affairs"

2016年以来,各地将"互联网+政务"建设作为推进政府职能转变的关键抓手,历时三年多来,此项改革成效显著,但也存在一些共性问题制约着地方服务型政府建设。笔者认为应借力"互联网+政务",坚持以"以人民为中心"的发展思想,从强化顶层设计、推进体制机制创新等方面推动地方政府不断向服务型转变。

Since 2016,local governments have taken the construction of"internet + government affairs"as the key to promote the transformation of government functions.Over the past three years,this reform has achieved remarkable results,but there are also some common problems restricting the construction of local service-oriented governments.The author believes that we should make use of"internet + government affairs",adhere to the development thought of"people-centered",and promote local governments to transform into service-oriented from the aspects of strengthening top-level design and promoting institutional innovation.
