经济全球化的到来,我国大多数企业都面临着严峻的挑战,企业的管理理念也要能够顺应时代发展,做出调整和改变。如何在新的时代背景下打造核心竞争优势,是现代化企业管理过程中的重点和难题。笔者认为,现代化的企业管理方式应该从理念、制度等多方面进行转变,以更好地适应未来的发展趋势。

With the arrival of economic globalization,most enterprises in China are faced with severe challenges,and the management concept of enterprises should be able to adapt to the development of the times and make some adjustments and changes.How to build the core competitive advantage in the new era is the key and difficult problem in the process of modern enterprise management.The author thinks that the modern enterprise management mode should be changed from many aspects,such as the concept,system and so on,so as to better adapt to the development trend in the future.
