摘要
班组作为企业基层最小组织单元,是实现企业科研生产和经营目标的关键,是企业生存和发展的基础。班组文化作为企业文化的重要组成部分,是班组成员在长期实践中形成的共同的价值观和行为规范,对班组成员具有潜移默化的影响。论文以航天科工二院二十五所为研究对象,运用理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法探究班组文化建设对航天基层组织创新能力的影响,将班组特征、班组长特质和班组文化氛围作为影响班组文化的三个因素,将研制技术水平、人才培养水平和管理水平作为航天基层组织创新能力的三个要素,进而构建班组文化对航天基层组织创新能力的影响模型,并结合航天企业特点提出了改进建议。
As the smallest organizational unit at the grass-roots level,the team is the key to achieve the goal of scientific research,production and operation,and the basis for the survival and development of enterprises.Team culture,as an important part of enterprise culture,is the common values and behavioral norms formed by team members in long-term practice,which has a subtle impact on team members.Taking Institute 25 of the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited as the research object,the paper explores the influence of team culture construction on innovation ability of aerospace grass-roots organizations.Taking team characteristics,team leader characteristics and team culture atmosphere as three factors influencing team culture,and taking development technology level,personnel training level and management level as three elements of innovation ability of space grass-roots organizations,the paper further constructs the impact model of team culture on innovation ability of space grass-roots organizations.Combined with the characteristics of aerospace enterprises,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
