干海子特大桥成桥后面漆涂装施工技术

摘要 干海子大桥成桥后最后一道面漆施工需在高空进行,其钢结构桁架结构比较复杂、高空作业危险因素多、施工量大,而且当地自然地理条件与气候条件均比较恶劣。考虑上述因素,该桥梁采用安全可靠、便于拆卸转移的操作平台进行施工显得至关重要,论文主要介绍了该桥作业平台的设置、防腐涂装的施工技术,并结合图解对其施工过程进行了详细说明、解释。 After the completion of the Ganhaizi Super Bridge,the last topcoat painting construction should be carried out at high altitude.The steel truss structure of the bridge is complex,and there are many dangerous factors in high altitude construction,and the amount of construction is large,and the local physical and geographical conditions and climatic conditions are poor.Considering above factors,it is very important to adopt a safe and reliable operation platform for the construction of the bridge,which is easy to disassemble and transfer.This paper mainly introduces the installation of the operation platform of the bridge,construction technology for anti-corrosion coating,and illustrates and explains its construction process in detail with diagrams.
