摘要
自然资源行业报社受移动互联网和新媒体的冲击,经营收入呈现下滑态势,为应对全媒体时代大势和自然资源行业整合发展趋势,必须采取新的经营收入策略。文章以自然资源行业A报社为例,分析了当前的经营收入现状和持续发展制约因素,并根据报社减损型现金短缺状态和职责定位,提出稳健型财务策略,实行提高报刊发行价格、打造新媒介、整合营销模式和收入内控管理等举措。
Natural resources industrial newspaper business income shows signs of decline in the face both of mobile internet and new media. In response to the trend of the Omni media era and integrated development of natural resources industry, new business income strategy must be adopted. Through a case study, this paper offers some measures for improving the business income and sustainable development. These include: raising newspaper distribution price, creating new media, integrating marketing model and the income internal control management. In addition, according to the impairment cash shortage and function orientation of the newspaper office, prudent financial strategies are offered in this paper.
