船用发动机后处理系统可靠性研究

摘要 本文采用某船用发动机尾气后处理系统作为仿真对象,针对其可能存在的共振、应力集中以及强度破坏问题进行了相关的模态分析和应力计算。应用Workbench软件对其进行前处理和后续计算,展示系统固有模态的模态振型以及模态频率,避免该系统与船体发生共振现象。在模态分析的基础上,对整个后处理系统进行谐响应分析和应力计算,得到相应的变形云图和应力分布云图,判断该系统结构强度符合设计要求。 In this paper,a marine engine exhaust gas post-processing system is used as the simulation object,and the relevant modal analysis and stress calculation are carried out for the resonance,stress concentration and strength failure problems that may exist in the system.Workbench software is applied to pre-process and subsequent calculation to show the mode shapes and frequencies of the inherent modes of the system,so as to avoid the resonance between the system and the hull.On the basis of modal analysis,the harmonic response analysis and stress calculation of the whole post-processing system are carried out,and the corresponding deformation and stress distribution nephograms are obtained to judge that the structural strength of the system meets the design requirements.
