摘要
柴油机SCR尾气后处理技术可以把发动机尾气中含量较高的氮氧化物选择性还原生成氮气和水,是目前一种应用广泛的尾气控制策略。后处理器在使用过程中,可能因为自身振动频率和外界激励相近而产生共振,导致后处理器的稳定性和使用寿命降低,所以在设计时必须考虑到系统的结构振动问题。本文利用Hypermesh有限元软件强大的前处理和模态分析功能,对后处理器三维模型进行前处理和模态分析,给出前六阶的模态频率和振型,并进行简要分析,以此指导后处理器的结构优化设计。
The SCR post-treatment technology of diesel engine can selectively reduce the nitrogen oxides with high content in the engine tail gas to produce nitrogen and water.It is a widely used tail gas control strategy at present.In the process of use,the post-processor may have resonance due to its own vibration frequency and external excitation,resulting in a reduction in the stability and service life of the post-processor.Therefore,the structural vibration of the system must be considered when designing.In this paper we make use of the powerful preprocessing and modal analysis functions of Hypermesh finite element software,and conduct preprocessing and modal analysis based on the three-dimensional model.Then we can get the natural frequency and mode of vibration of the first six order and make a brief analysis to direct the structural optimization design of the post-processor.
